The ID card is used for identification, but also for the administration of meal plans, door access, library loan, Physical Activities Center (PAC) entrance, and admission to cultural or athletic events. Your ID card leaves a trail of where you’ve been and what you’ve done. Protect it accordingly.
Identification Card Request
Please fill out all required fields in the form below. We will verify your eligibility for the card requested and produce it for you. Please submit your name exactly as it should appear on your ID card. There is a $20 charge for replacing lost ID cards.
Your Furman ID card will be available no later than the second business day after your request has been received. Please be prepared to present another form of photo identification to staff on duty at the designated pick-up location (see ID type).
